The staff was incredibly rude during my stay. I encountered constant issues with the hot water in my shower, and when I reported it, no one seemed to care. Additionally, the towels were visibly stained, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. It was beyond frustrating to deal with extra charges appearing every time I turned around.
